3 Ticket Purchases & Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until the time of purchase.
• A valid ticket is required for entry. You must present your ticket (digital or printed) at the gate.
• Tickets may be subject to additional fees from third-party ticketing platforms.

Refund Policy

• Event cancellation: If the Event is cancelled by Bell Media Empire LLC and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
• Event rescheduling: If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date. Refund requests for rescheduled events may be submitted within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
• No-shows: No refunds will be issued for failure to attend the Event.
• Partial cancellation: If individual activities, performers, or vendors are changed or cancelled, no refunds will be issued.

4 User Conduct

When using our website or attending the Event, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any behavior that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or harmful to other attendees, vendors, staff, or performers.
• Not bring prohibited items to the Event, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, or professional recording equipment (unless authorized).
• Follow all posted rules, signage, and instructions from Event staff and security personnel.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent.

Bell Media Empire LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event premises without refund for violations of these conduct guidelines.

8 Governing Law
